The Professional Drivers' Association Inc. (PDA) collects Member Data from you in order to provide you with an efficient and customised experience with the PDA. The collection and processing of Member Data enables the PDA to provide services and products that are most likely to meet your needs and requirements. As such, this Privacy Policy outlines the PDA's policy and responsibility in relation to the collection, processing and disclosure of your Member Data.

The privacy of your personal information is very important to the Professional Drivers' Association Inc. We are committed to respecting your right to privacy and protecting your personal information. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and any relevant Privacy Principles under State legislation , as well as other applicable laws and codes affecting your personal information. We will respect your privacy in accordance with our standards, policies and procedures.

The PDA cannot distinguish the age of persons who access and use its website. If a minor (according to applicable laws) has provided the PDA with data without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact the PDA (Contact Us) to remove the relevant data and unsubscribe them.
